Winter 2025 Covid Vaccination Campaign

From October 2025 the practice will be offering eligible patients a flu and covid vaccinations as part of the Winter 2025 Campaign.

Eligible cohorts for flu for winter 2025 are:

• aged 2 and 3 years on 31 August 2025
• aged 6 months to under 65 years in clinical risk groups
• pregnant women
• adults aged 65 years and over
• residents in long-stay residential care homes
• carers in receipt of carer’s allowance or main carer of an older or disabled person
• household contacts of immunocompromised individuals
• frontline health and social care staff

Covid

Eligible cohorts for the covid winter 2025 are:

• adults aged 75 years and over
• residents in a care home for older adults
• individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed

If you are eligible, the practice will contact you with information on upcoming clinics and how to book. 

If you feel that you should have been invited but haven't received an invitation, please complete this form.

We will review your medical record and if we are able to offer you a vaccination under the eligibility criteria, we will send you an invitation to book an appointment.  If, after reviewing your medical record, you do not meet the criteria we will advise you of that.
