Patient Participation Group
Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) meet regularly to provide an independent patient view and to help us to identify areas of improvement.
Our PPG is a group of ‘critical friends’ of the practice. They give feedback to the practice management team about what we are doing well, and less well, work with us to develop our services and communications and carry out research to into the views of our patients.
We welcome new members to the group which is open to any patient over the age of 16 and we are keen to ensure that the group represents the broad range of ages and backgrounds of our patient population.
The group meets between 4 to 6 times each year along with one of the GP Partners and our Practice Manager to discuss the services that we offer, and improvements we can make to ensure that the patient experience is as good as it could be, and that the health of the local community is improved.
