Opening Hours
Our opening hours are from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday for booked appointments
Dispensary collections are available from 8.30am to 1pm and from 2.30pm to 6pm Monday to Friday
Please note that we are CLOSED at weekends and on all bank holidays.
Patient Services
Our phone lines are open between 8.30am -1pm and 2pm – 5pm Monday to Friday
For non-urgent medical issues – please call after 3pm.

Minor injuries
The Practice can treat minor injuries such as:
- lacerations, including suturing, gluing, steri-strips
- minor head injuries
- foreign bodies in the skin, ear and nose and non-penetrating foreign bodies in the eye
- joint sprains
- superficial burns
This is not a walk-in service; please call for an appointment in the usual way.
Extended Hours Service
For our patients who may need a weekday evening or Saturday morning appointment there is a service provided by the Bicester Primary Care Network at Montgomery-House Surgery and at Bicester Health Centre. Please click here for more details.
Out of Hours Service
The NHS 111 online service is available at all times and can provide you with information, help and contacts. If you need to speak to a GP outside our normal hours and cannot wait for the surgery to open then you can phone NHS 111 for assistance.

Minor Injuries – Out of Hours
The First Aid Unit at Bicester Community Hospital (which is located next to our Practice) is open when the Practice is closed and can deal with minor medical conditions requiring immediate attention.

Dental Problems
You should see your dentist about any problems with your teeth. They will be able to prescribe both painkillers and antibiotics as necessary.
