When to Request a Home Visit
Patients are asked to come to the surgery wherever possible, to utilise the facilities for examination and treatment. Home visits should be requested if you are too unwell to travel into the surgery. Unfortunately home visits cannot be done in place of you or your family arranging transport (car, taxi or bus) unless you are house-bound and physically unable to leave the house.
