If you’re unable to come to the surgery for an appointment during our normal working hours we offer special Saturday morning and weekday evening clinics.
An appointment at one of these clinics is made by contacting our Patient Services team and will be subject to availability.
The special hours clinics are held on:
- Tuesday evenings between 6pm and 8pm at Montgomery-House Surgery, Piggy Lane, OX26 6HT
- Saturday mornings between 8am and 1pm at Bicester Health Centre, Coker Close, OX26 6AT

Q. Will I be able to book a Saturday or evening appointment with my usual GP?
A. No, these are additional clinics and so a rota of GPs will be available. If you need to see your usual GP then please book as usual for a weekday appointment.
Q. How will I know where to go?
A. Your appointment will be confirmed in the normal way over the phone or by text when booking. Please ensure you’ve registered your mobile phone number with us for a text confirmation.
Q. How do I cancel out of hours if I no longer need or can’t make the booked appointment?
A. If you receive a text confirmation then you’ll be able to cancel by following the instructions contained in the link within the text on your phone. If you don’t have a text confirmation, please call us between 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Please make sure you cancel your appointment if you’re not able to attend so that it can be offered to another patient.
Q. How exactly do I book?
A. Please call us as usual and ask for an appointment outside of normal working hours. Our Patient Services team will be able to tell you if one is available and make the arrangements. Saturday appointments MUST be pre-booked and are not available for on the day of booking.
